Concept Development Designer

Leftbank Art is looking for a visionary Concept Development Designer  with a strong artistic foundation to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of traditional artistic skills (such as painting or digital illustration) and technical knowledge in product development. As a key contributor to our creative process, you will not only design innovative wall décor but also experiment with materials and manufacturing techniques to bring these designs to life. Your artistic talent, combined with your understanding of production processes, will help shape exceptional products that align with Leftbank Art’s vision and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Create art and design concepts for wall décor using traditional or digital techniques.
• Develop product concepts from sketch to final production.
• Use CAD and 3D design tools to create detailed product designs.
• Explore materials and manufacturing processes like CNC, laser cutting, and 3D printing.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, production, and marketing teams.
• Translate designs into prototypes and conduct product testing.
• Research and integrate art and design trends into product development.
• Solve design and production challenges.
• Present concepts and solutions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing teams during production.

Education and Experience
