As an Lead Service Integrator (Reliability Engineer), you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Chicago, IL or Waukesha, WI (Onsite role)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, System Engineering or closely related discipline.
- 4 years of engineering and/or service experience in a related field. Prior background or experience with defining service strategies and executing service validation.
- Prior background or experience in medical imaging technologies.
Desired:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Program Manager, ensuring that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the product/program.
- Optimize team performance across the program value chain, functionally and technically.
- Proactively manage cross-functional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid gaps/delays in mid to long-term execution.
- Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward.
- Connect planning and cross-functional impacts of product NPI, Installed Base, Obsolescence, and End-of-Life.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish own work. Understand how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Use judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
- Use prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
- Access technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
- May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- May be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
