CSE Designer-this person would have hands on experience with DCS network and architecture design and be able to be customer facing. Not only technical, but professional, savvy, mature, and critical thinking on his/her feet. I would like to try for EDES35 (I know it will be higher). Likely 15 years' experience. Must have Off-Shore experience 5-10 years minimum
