This job manages the Epic application, new development, and existing production support. Manages day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, fiscal stewardship, and all aspects of a project life cycle. Mentors and coaches on performance development and project management and makes decisions that influence the project on a large scale.

Education

Required -High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration or related field.

Work Experience

Required -6 years of related healthcare or project and team management experience including two years in a supervisory/management capacity (experience should includeleading large, complex system integration efforts or large software application projects).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail and use good judgement and think clearly in complex, dynamic situations.

  • Negotiation skills and ability to work with various parties towards a mutually acceptable business solution.

  • Ability to work flexible schedule, such as evenings, nights, weekends, extended shifts, etc.
