What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will use data analysis and reporting, including analyzing, manipulating and interpreting complex data for problem solving and most importantly use this data to drive improvement
  • SPC, including identifying appropriate areas to apply SPC, creating charts and review of the data to drive improvements
  • You will be working with customers, customer service, engineering and manufacturing to review and implement customer requirements- customer specification review process
  • Handling customer complaints, customer SPC and other customer facing issues
  • You will use the administration of quality functions in Oracle (ERP/MRP)
  • Technical writing, using work instructions, flowcharts and visual aids so our associates, at all levels of education, can easily follow them. This will require the ability to work with and understand the process owners, so that SOP's and WI's can be put into plain language so they are easily understood
  • You will conducting audits, internal and external
  • You will handle the controlling of nonconforming material and controlling of nonconforming material
What makes you great
  • You have a 4-year degree, BS in Engineering preferred
  • Technical background with demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze technical data
  • Knowledge of FMEA/Risk Assessment, Root Cause Corrective Action, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
  • High level of understanding of statistical methodology
  • High degree of computer competency
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills required
  • Proven experience with working on complex assignments that require independent research and judgement
  • Ability to work with associates across all different levels within the organization
  • CMM experience a plus
  • Ability to learn and work in a fast passed environment.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Leadership capabilities
