Position Summary As a Lead Process Engineer, you will work with a team to identify opportunities or problems and develop solutions to benefit the consumer experience and Family Care\'s tissue business. This role will support process innovation, development, and improvements, with potential scope ranging from early process definition to project commercialization, inclusive of product/process improvements, product supply and margin. You will provide leadership and drive innovation from initial hypothesis through development, design, and commercialization of products, processes and equipment, and collaborate broadly across the corporation with R&E, pilot plant, mill and multifunctional team members, and outside the corporation with vendors. This role will report to the Household Care R&E Sr Manager within the Family Care Insights to Commercialization - Towels team.
