We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager for a leading electronics company specializing in designing and manufacturing satellite communication systems for the aerospace, space, and defense industries.The successful candidate will manage and flow contract requirements, including technical, schedule, and cost aspects, in an engineering environment!Job Description:Managing P&L responsibilities.Understanding program operations: design, drawings, documentation, cost, and schedule/milestone performance.Coordinating electronic EEE part procurement (EEE space part knowledge is a plus).Detailing program schedules using MS Project.Managing and coordinating problem-solving efforts.Developing risk identification and reduction plans.Coordinating customer reviews and meetings.Tracking program status, generating reports, and interfacing with customers.Preparing and presenting progress reports to customers and executive management.Supporting new business development and expanding business with existing customers.Qualifications:BS degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)2 years of experience in program management or engineering.Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.Benefits:Opportunity for advancement and growth within the company.Casual attire with company-provided lab coats.Working hours: 7:30 am - 5:15 pm, with every other Friday off (9/80 work schedule).Overtime opportunities (5-20 hours) paid at a rate of 1.5x.Conveniently located near public transportation.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
