What You Will Do:
- Help move existing Agency Human Capital Management (HCM) data from the old PeopleSoft HCM system to the new Cloud HCM environment.
- Develop and support modifications to the data extraction, error identification, and transformation processes for the project.
- Assist in loading data, monitoring progress, and reporting errors.
- Identify and propose solutions to data issues, and make necessary corrections.
- Work on data handling solutions to meet access control requirements using various tools and techniques.
- Address client data tagging and Enterprise Data Header (EDH) requirements to capture additional information.
- Use the Cloud HCM data disposal tool for data deletion and purging.
- Support data governance using the Cloud HCM single authority data source.
- Maintain a publicly accessible data dictionary with defined data definitions.
- Transfer historical data from the legacy HCM system to a Database as a Service (DBaaS) Virtual Machine (VM) instance.
- Ensure data quality in the Cloud HCM system by using build edits, a rules engine, and workflows.
- Assist in implementing Mass Personnel Action Processing (PAR) corrections.
- Support client Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
What You Will Need:
- Active and current Top Secret (TS)/SCI federal security clearance with full-scope (FS) Polygraph.
- 14 years of experience as an engineer in similar programs and contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Technical flexibility to work with both on-premises and cloud-based tools and applications.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Active Security + CE or equivalent/alternate IAT Level II or III certification.
- Functional experience in Peoplesoft HRMS 9.2.
- Technical experience in PeopleTools, Oracle RDBMS development, and relevant technologies.
- Willingness to learn Oracle SaaS applications if no prior experience with PeopleSoft/HCM.
