About The Role
As a mobile engineer, you will develop your CS and programming skills alongside a knowledgeable, collaborative group of engineers. You will participate in and help drive the development cycle, having the responsibility of driving modules in feature development. From active participation with partners to scoping and effort estimation to writing well-tested code, you will take ownership of your work. You will also identify and fix bugs, adding tests to ensure we never fix the same bug twice. As a valued team member, you will bring ideas forward to refine processes. You are the person for this job if you are coachable, communicative, dependable, and excited to be part of a team that values you as an individual.
Responsibilities
- Apply your CS knowledge and programming skills while collaborating with engineers
- Drive the development cycle, from early stages to production
- Take ownership of your work, from participation with partners to writing well-tested code
- Communicate decisions and challenges, mentor junior developers, and help us excel
- Identify trends in maintenance issues and propose solutions
- Bring ideas forward to refine processes
About You
Basic Qualifications for P2
- 2+ years of experience developing production-quality apps for iOS using Swift
- 2+ years experience with mobile design and architectural patterns
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent fields
Basic Qualifications For P3
- 3+ years of experience developing production-quality apps for iOS using Swift
- 3+ years experience with mobile design and architectural patterns
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent fields
Other Qualifications
- Developed one or more apps in the App Store
- Passion for design, UI, and UX
- Test-driven development skills
- Experience with Objective-C
- Experience working with agile methodology

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. This role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
