Software Engineer
Location: Picatinny Arsenal, NJ
The Software Engineer shall be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications. The candidate will support and/or install software applications/operating systems and participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Must also be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision. This position shall be in support of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for Command and Control Applications at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.
Special Requirements: Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance at contract start and maintain that level of security for the life of the contract.
Education and Experience: Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
