DevOps Cloud Engineer

Job Summary
The DevOps Cloud Engineer is responsible for working closely with development teams to containerize and orchestrate applications using Kubernetes and Docker. This role involves ensuring infrastructure security, reliability, and fault tolerance while providing technical guidance in deploying and scaling applications. The DevOps Cloud Engineer will also develop and maintain documentation, configurations, processes, and service records, ensuring best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with development teams to containerize and orchestrate applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ensure best practices for infrastructure security, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Develop and maintain documentation, configurations, processes, and service records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams in deploying and scaling applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies, especially Docker, and experience in building and managing containerized applications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security, reliability, and fault tolerance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Education: Bachelors Degree
