Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and equity options package. We provide a comprehensive package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and mental health/wellness benefits effective your first day with the company. We offer PTO to help you refresh, as well as up to 18 weeks maternity leave for birthing parents and 8 weeks baby bonding leave for non-birthing parents. We offer 401(k) plans to help you with retirement savings.
Hybrid Working
We believe in collaboration in person. For our Bay Area employees, we work together in Mountain View on Tuesday and Thursday and from either Mountain View or San Francisco on Wednesday.
Our Office
We’re a startup based in Silicon Valley. Our office includes a Bocce Court, Putting Green, showers, lockers, and free parking. We are conveniently located within walking distance to various amenities.
