UX Designer (Product Designer) - Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) / Long term Contract


Responsibilities:

  • Care deeply about the intended user experience of the product
  • Need to be thought partners with other product managers, designers and engineers
  • To navigate complex discussions with product managers and engineers
  • To quickly visualize concepts in sketches or lo-fi wireframes to guide conversations
  • Occasionally go on-site to immerse in the real-world operations of our business, to gain
  • Better understanding of pain points in actual day-to-day operational workflows
  • Quickly iterate based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies


Skills Required:

  • Knowing if and when to sparingly use which tools (e.g. Figma or hi-res designs from the get-go)
  • Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs
  • Translate design decisions into style guides, patterns, and reusable components for
  • other platforms
  • Experience with enterprise products
  • Fluent in the architecture of site maps
  • Expertise in Interaction Models or UX Patterns
  • Proficiency with the full stack of design tools, (Figma and other design tools)
  • Knowledge in translating information through visualization and design
  • Expert at creating user flows, and building design systems
  • Good aesthetic and accessibility sense
