Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial nuclear mechanical engineering.
Consulting engineering experience preferred.
Proficient in multidisciplinary engineering and quality management principles.
Professional Engineering License is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, and execute tasks to completion.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and propose alternative solutions.
Results-driven with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
Confident in making technical and business decisions.
