The Senior Designer position is primarily responsible for the
management of the presentation team and project design(s) as well as providing
guidance and support to the design staff in all project phases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and perform all architectural
construction to provide design continuity.
- Coordinate with the Principal to
- Develop the project program and initial
concepts through the Schematic Design and Design Development project phases.
- Obtain and assemble information using

regulations.
- Assist with other duties as necessary
- Maintain MVE & Partners standards
- Managing teams and people, mentor and
monitor project time and budget.
- Advance big picture design ideas and
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited
- 15+ years of experience in a professional
project types and phases preferred
- Architectural License preferred
- Advanced skills in operating Revit, CADD,
- Promote new and innovative methods of

- Strong skills in reading comprehension
