About the team

The mission of the international e-commerce Fundamental Platform is to create a rich and high-quality e-commerce platform ecosystem through productive platform capabilities. It builds a reliable, flexible, and intelligent CRM operation platform for account managers of various countries and industries, providing large-scale operation, one-stop operation solutions, and intelligent tools, thereby improving the efficiency of e-commerce operations, and is also responsible for the business goals of customer growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce CRM solutions for TikTok Shop in the US
• Develop and Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency and scalability across all product engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 5 years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one programming language like Java/Golang/Python.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across different functional teams or stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Demonstrated knowledge of open platform APIs and backend systems design.

• Highly self-driven with strong people skills, and able to collaborate with a wide range of clients and internal partners to independently identify and address key issues and optimization opportunities.
• Creative problem solver who can thrive with minimal instruction or supervision.
