About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Web Merchandising Coordinator with a solid understanding of digital merchandising best practices to support our B2B/B2C sites as they mature and grow. This role will support the Web Merchandising Manager with new product launches, building and executing online merchandising strategies, as well as collaborating on web development projects.


What you can do for us:


  1. Execute merchandise presentation on all sites to ensure categorization, product details, imagery and all related content are accurate and meet brand guide lines
  2. Set up product for seasonal launches and complete content upload for the websites, ensuring timely releases of product with accurate product information
  3. Conduct regular audits of websites to ensure all functionalities are working seamlessly to optimize customer accessibility and maintain a flawless user experience
  4. Collaborate on merchandising strategies to optimize search results, enhance product recommendations, and improve SEO performance on the website
  5. Identify emerging trends in web merchandising and recommend improvements to enhance customer engagement and drive sales on the platform
  6. Responsible for product uploads into our ERP system in a timely manner
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the ERP system
  8. Assist with bulk image production, including maintaining product image uploads to FTP server, ensuring all images are correctly organized and accessible
  9. Execute internal web support ticket requests
  10. Work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to address and resolve site issues
  11. Conduct testing of website enhancements and functionality as needed
  12. Collaborate with team members to provide support and assistance as required, ensuring efficient workflow and successful execution of web-related tasks and projects
  13. Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data

Qualifications:


  1. BA in Computer Science, Web Design, Marketing or related field preferred
  2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management, web merchandising, or a similar role
  3. Must have basic website knowledge, including HTML/CSS, CMS, Magento, Shopify, WordPress
  4. Knowledge of Adobe Suite
  5. Experience with ERP systems and database management
  6. Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and various project management tools
  8. Ability to handle multiple projects at once and understand how to prioritize
  9. Must demonstrate high level of initiative and resourcefulness, be a solution-seeker
  10. Ability to follow and effectively execute directions given, as well as being receptive to constructive feedback

  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation

Starting annual salary: $60,000-65,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
