We are a fast growing MEP firm located in Houston, Texas, is looking for full-time senior Electrical Engineers to lead a growing team of professionals. We are a multi-discipline engineering firm that offers a broad range of services. Our services include mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage engineering design services as well as commissioning services for healthcare, laboratory, academic, commercial, religious, industrial and residential markets. We offer an Incentive Compensation Plan and an aggressive Benefits Program.



Typical duties will include:

  • Client Meeting and Field Investigation to retrieve existing information
  • Development of Design Drawings
  • Preparation of lighting calculations, load calculations, power distributions, etc.
  • ​Provide engineering direction and guidance to electrical design staff
  • Estimation of probable electrical construction costs
  • Prioritizing and scheduling assignments with team to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Interfacing with other disciplines within the MEP team for coordination of project designs
  • Development of Technical Specifications and Standards
  • Study and Analysis of Electrical Power Systems
  • Emergency power systems
  • Answering RFI’s, reviewing contractor submittals, and performing periodic site visits to determine compliance with construction documents, and resolve design issues during the construction phase


Minimum Requirements for the position are as follows:

  • B.S. degree in Architectural or Electrical Engineering
  • 6-10 years electrical building systems design experience
  • Active Professional Engineer License/EIT
  • Candidates must have experience in the categories of work listed above
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at various stages of design and construction
  • Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design
  • Highly proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • LEED Accreditation is a plus
