Morrow-Meadows Corporation is accepting applications for an Electrical Engineer to work in our very active and growing Engineering Department. The Electrical Engineer will work in a team-oriented environment to develop electrical conceptual designs for various type of construction projects such as Healthcare, Industrial, Power Generation and Institutional.
Responsibilities:
- Design of one-line diagram
- Design of building lighting and power systems
- Electrical coordination to building low voltage systems
- Interaction with other engineering firms, contractors and vendors
- Title 24 design and documentation
- Capable of performing photometric studies
- Capable of performing preliminary coordination study
- Clear understanding of construction flow
Requirements:
- Technical degree and PE
- Minimum of 5+ years building electrical systems design experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Bluebeam
- Experience with AGI 32 and Elum tools or visual software
- Experience with eTAP and/or SKM
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of technical concepts of electrical engineering principles
- Good understanding of building codes and NEC
- LEED accreditation is a plus
