SSIS Developer

In this role, you will:

• Support the design, architecture, development & Integration of Merchant Payments in Onboarding, Servicing and operations platforms ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and user experience objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• lead technical innovation and stay abreast of emerging trends in payments, to enhance the product's capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards to ensure the highest level of software craftsmanship.
• Deployment and monitoring of Merchant acquiring servicing platform, optimizing performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
• 5+ years of Proven experience in software development, with a focus on building servicing experiences with digital first architecture mindset.
• 4+ years of Strong expertise in leading the design and build of applications with .NET core frameworks.
• 2+ years of Solid understanding of hybrid cloud technologies (Azure, Google), microservices architecture, and API integrations
• 2+ years of Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and mentor junior engineers.
