The technician will work with customers remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues with efficiency. Job Details
Technology Support and Troubleshooting:
o Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of technology support.
o Provide advanced troubleshooting and develop solutions for escalated hardware and software issues.
o Support for Windows 10 and newer OS.
o Proficiency with MS Office (365) and related email tools.
o Familiarity with various online applications.
o Management of network and local printers/plotters.
o Expertise in Windows Server environments and related technologies.
o Manage and troubleshoot basic networking issues.
o Support and troubleshoot VOIP devices.
o Support for mobile devices and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex problems.
o Assist in domain administration, managing users, devices, and groups.
Communication and Assistance:
o Provide guidance on technology usage and maintain professional communication with end-users.
o Assist in managing and maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
Organization:
o Responsible for documenting various technology systems.
o Collaborate frequently with other employees, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a calendar and respecting time commitments.
