Job Description:Directly support engineering and manufacturing groups by providing technical expertise in the development of distributed and embedded control software applications, solutions, and infrastructure in Asia. Analyze requirements and perform requirements gathering, use case analysis, application and user interface prototyping, and marketing engagement. Manage projects through planning, estimating tasks, collecting software metrics, and performing version control. Develop full lifecycle software applications including design, programming, debugging, peer review, unit testing, performance tuning, integration, and localization. Create documentation including program commentary, user guides for service, and troubleshooting software applications. Perform product bench testing, provide system and field test support. Act as lead engineer on some projects. Other tasks and activities including meetings and providing weekly reports as required by management. Travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of time.(Job Requirements:){.underline}Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering plus 3 years of experience in a Software Engineering occupation. The required experience must have included:3 years of experience working with programming languages such as: C, C++, .NET, Visual Basic, and Python.2 years of experience working with Linux operating systems;2 years of experience developing embedded control systems;Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
