You will be able to apply your programming skills toward building highly performant web experiences and integrating with high throughput transactional services. What You’ll Do

  1. Design and develop product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  2. Demonstrate a strong interest in application architecture and solution design.
  3. Recommend complex integrated solutions that fulfill business requirements and align with technology roadmaps.
  4. Ensure that all delivered solutions adhere to industry best practices for scalability, maintainability, usability, availability, extensibility, security, and portability.
  5. Work with geographically distributed Agile teams.
  6. Work with product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders to groom & solution features.
  7. Provide accurate and timely estimates for features, user stories, and tasks.
  8. Identify and implement innovative solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
  9. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices.
  10. Be aware of current security trends, tools, and requirements.
  11. Provide input to planning activities.
  12. Participate in rotational on-call schedules as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 5+ years of Software Development experience scoping, building and supporting web applications.
  2. 5+ years experience in website development well-versed in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and have a passion for crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces.
  3. 3+ years of in-depth experience with React, Next.js and Typescript including building complex UI components and working with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
  4. Expertise integrating with RESTful APIs using JavaScript middleware and/or NodeJS.
  5. Experience with developing for and deploying to a cloud platform like AWS.
  6. Experience integrating with 3rd party libraries and SDKs.
  7. Solid understanding of frontend build tools and workflows, such as Javascript module loaders like Webpack, Babel, and npm.
  8. Familiarity with modern frontend development tools and technologies such as CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass), and Javascript module loaders like Webpack, Babel, and npm.
  9. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  10. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment to deliver on feature requests.
  11. Proficient in Unit and Automation Testing and familiarity with testing frameworks and practices such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
  12. Keen eye for User Experience (U/X) with a focus on performance, scalability, and accessibility.
  13. Experience in implementing responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility.
  14. Interest in working across the stack and occasionally diving into the BE.
  15. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  16. Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  1. Starting Salary: $118,650 - $168,088*
  2. Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience.
