Job Description
An iMPact Business Group client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking to hire a Junior .Net Developer. This role is part of small Technology Team and will focus on both New Application Design & Development along with Supporting & Enhancing existing systems.
This role is for a Developer who likes a lot of variety in their work day, someone who is creative in solving problems, and is comfortable with the full SDLC for assigned projects. This role involves a lot of direct Customer Facing so your people skills are just as important as your technical abilities.
This is primarily an on-site role working closely with Business Customers and the Technology Team. Periodic offsite work is possible, but this role is currently using a 100% onsite work model.
Duties:
* A nalyze, d efine, develop, test and maintain .Net Web-based systems including new & current applications
* P articipate in code/design reviews and brainstorming sessions
* Diagnose and correct software errors in a timely manner
* Consult with users, project leads, and management to resolve problems & suggest alternatives
* Create and maintain SQL Queries that are used by Business Intelligence and Reporting Solutions
Job Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience developing Web-Based systems using: C#, ASP.NET, Web Forms / MVC
* A nalytical skills with an ability to resolve software issues in a fast-paced environment
* SQL programming working with MS SQL Server and SSRS
* Self motivated and willing to share knowledge and expertise in a small team environment
* Solid organizational skills with good follow through
* Customer service focus and approach
* Strong v erbal and written communication skills
