IT Support Engineer

If you have white glove level customer service, love technology, startup culture, and a dynamic, collaborative office environment, this could be your ideal role! We’re seeking an IT enthusiast skilled in Windows, Mac, iOS, Microsoft 365, and other tech, ready to apply technical and debugging skills.

Summary

A self-starter who resolves issues independently, you communicate clearly and deliver top-notch service to users at all levels. Detail-oriented, you prioritize thorough documentation while configuring hardware and solving issues. You’ll engage with new technologies and gain hands-on experience supporting a professional team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • PC/Laptop Setup & Support (Windows & Mac):
  • Oversee hardware lifecycle, software installs, and monitor security logs. Troubleshoot malware, phishing, and performance issues. Support Office 365.
  • Mobile Device Support:
  • Set up iOS devices, assist with iCloud, and support MFA authenticators.
  • Audio/Visual & Other Support:
  • Support Zoom Rooms, guest WiFi, printer access, and manage conference room booking systems.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Windows 10/11, OSX, Office 365, iOS, and Android, with some PowerShell experience. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn are essential. If you’re passionate about tech, let’s talk!
