Junior Project Manager (Software Developer)

Multiplymii is in search of a Project Manager who will be working with our client based in the United States. Our client is a software development company that has been providing software engineering services to American startups since 2008. In this role, you will take on a crucial role in leading and managing software development projects.

Beyond your experience, we are looking for someone who is sociable, organized, detail-oriented and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

• Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide project teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your proficiency in coding, testing, and substantial UI/UX design experience to provide valuable insights and guidance to the development process.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control and testing processes to ensure the delivery of top-notch software solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change requests.

About You

Core qualifications:

• 3-5 years of project management experience. We are willing to consider and train a younger, intelligent individual who is enthusiastic about project management.
• Technical skills are crucial, including proficiency in coding, testing, and substantial experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in office software and tools, such as MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective communication with both clients and team members.

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Trello or other similar project management tools.
• Experience with marketing pipelines and copywriting is a plus.
• Prior experience working with technical teams is advantageous.
• Past roles as a project manager for technical projects are considered beneficial.

Technical Requirements (Device)

• Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM).
• Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone).
• Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps).

Shift and Schedule:

Monday-Friday. 9PM to 5AM Philippine time (10AM to 6PM Brazil time).
