Materials Manager - CNC Machining

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Materials Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Will manage, mentor, and train 4 direct reports in a low volume and high mix manufacturing setting
• Manage production planning, materials movement, and delivery schedule
• Monitor and maintain inventory stocking position
• Manage delivery, pricing, and quality of purchased product and outside operations
• Establish and monitor purchase cost reduction programs
• Implement ways to improves the efficiency of the department

Key Requirements :

• Experience in a Materials Manager role or similar
• Experience in a CNC Machining manufacturing operation
• Good leadership skills
