The Senior Systems/Network Engineer reports directly to the Project and Escalation Team Lead. The Senior Systems/Network Engineer is responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines related to small to large projects. This will include, but is not limited to completing projects by organizing, controlling, and implementing all project elements. You will actively work with the Project Coordinator and Project and Escalation Team Lead to schedule, plan, resource, and manage all technical activities aimed at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
From time to time, you will also be assigned high importance service tickets where your experience and skills will be utilized to resolve mission critical issues in an expedient manner. Qualified candidates should also be able to provide technical direction to client stakeholders and participate in pre-sales functions. Pre-sales functions include client facing activities as well as scoping of your own projects. The right candidate is strategic and likes doing a variety of different work within the structure of the Professional Service department.
