As an RPA developer, you will support the development, configuration, and integration of new RPA solutions, in addition to the operations and maintenance of existing components in the Agency's HR technology stack. RPA plays a significant role in the Agency solution and this role will support not only new components but refactoring of existing components for efficiency, compliance, and performance. Activities include designing, development and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. The RPA technologies are Kofax and UIPath but you will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in an agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.

Required skills/Level of Experience:
Education / Experience requirements:
Level 4: Minimum 7 years’ experience + Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years’ experience; 6 years’ experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.
- Experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space – 3+ years
- Experience with RPA tools, preferably Kofax and UIPath – 3+ years
- Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs – 3+ years
- Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Preferred skills:
- Experience with full stack development, especially with Python – 3+ years
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal customers
