Our client is an industry-leading NA Company who is embarking on an exciting new project—developing a cutting-edge Sales Insight Tool that empowers their sales teams with actionable insights and opportunities for optimized decision-making. They are searching for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design process, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and intuitive user experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the design efforts, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and sales teams. You’ll be responsible for transforming wireframes and ideas into engaging, polished interfaces that elevate the user journey. With a focus on B2B and industry needs, your designs will play a key role in making data easy to understand and act upon.
Experience :
- Lead the design of a responsive and accessible Sales Insight Tool aligned with best UX/UI practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and sales teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction designs.
- Develop polished mockups that present complex data in a user-friendly, visually appealing way.
- Establish and maintain a consistent design system across all elements of the tool.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment with the development team for accurate implementation.
- Optimize designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of UI/UX design experience with a focus on data-driven or sales-related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Development, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to design complex applications and tools.
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design principles.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to translate feedback into actionable designs.
- Experience designing sales or CRM platforms is a plus!
- Experience with motion design and interaction design to enhance user engagement is preferred
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and effective ways to visually represent data insights is preferred
