Description

The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow focuses on creating smart user experiences using the latest advanced technologies, aiming to transform the efficiency and workflows of enterprise services through AI and ML solutions. The role involves building and evolving AI platforms, partnering with teams to develop AI-powered products and experiences, researching, and de-risking AI technologies for future capabilities. The Director will oversee the development of cloud-based GenAI/ML solutions, fine-tuning strategies for LLMs, optimizing generative LLMs techniques for specific tasks, and owning the process from data acquisition to performance evaluation at scale. A strategic aspect of the role is the collaboration with scientists, developers, and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient AI/ML solutions that meet user and business needs.
