Our manufacturing client is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to manage all aspects of the engineering and maintenance functions.

Duties:

• Management of engineers and maintenance managers/supervisors.
• Check preventative maintenance programs for the facility, production machinery, equipment and plant utility systems.
• Responsible for the planning, and execution of capital and expense projects.
• Develop and utilize maintenance key performance indicators (KPI) to drive improvements to plant reliability.
• Follow the good manufacturing practices (GMP) in accordance with corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Strong leadership experience.

Musts:

• Undergraduate Degree in Engineering or related curriculum or technical training
• 8+ years of engineering or maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment
• 8+years leadership or management experience
• Refrigeration/ammonia experience is a must
• Experience with PLC control systems
