Machine Learning Engineer

Machine Learning Engineer:

You will be the engineering glue that brings our intelligent products to life. These projects span the full spectrum of data and AI solutions – including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision along with the data pipelines and APIs that feed them and make their outputs available.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a multi-functional team to build repeatable routines in support of AI enabled intelligent products.
• Design and build data pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze data at scale.
• Rapidly prototype new capabilities then promote those prototypes into production-ready code with automated testing.
• Assist data scientists in deploying their models at scale using frameworks like MLFlow.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of relevant industry experience (consulting directly with clients is a plus).
• Solid programming fundamentals (algorithms, functional programming, data structures, APIs) in at least one language (Java, Scala, Python, C++, etc.).
• Proficient in Software Engineering best practices - revision control, automated testing, CI/CD.
• Comfortable with data storage technology - SQL/noSQL, object storage, file systems, streaming, JSON, etc.
• Data processing technologies experience - Spark, Hadoop, Flink, Kafka, etc.
• Operations and Deployment knowledge - Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Software design and architecture.
• Vendor ecosystems - open source vs off the shelf, build vs buy, integration platforms, etc.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
