Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

The Finance Technology - Software Engineering - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

1. Independently determine the needs of the customer while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
2. Applying advanced skill, knowledge and experience, design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.
3. Use a process-driven approach to leading design solutions.
4. Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.
5. May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.

Minimum Required Experiences

1. 4 years of experience

Desired Experiences

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Possess the necessary skills to handle the complexity of a wider range of EUCs and Applications in the Forecasting space.
3. Able to effectively refactor and migrate these EUCs to the cloud, which may involve tasks such as transitioning from SAS to Python, transitioning from Data Science account to Standard Business Unit Life-Cycle account, implementing serverless architectures, and more.
4. Expertise in Cloud Migration strategies (Refactor, Replatform, Rehost), hands on Software Development (Python, PySpark, Java), AWS Native Services (Compute, Storage, Databases, Network, and Security), developing technology solutions in Agile environment, and DevSecOps are essential to be successful in this role.
5. Experience guiding and supporting the professional growth of our associates improving overall team performance and productivity.
6. Ability to collaborate with technology stakeholders, business leads, and business analysts/technical project managers.
7. Experience evaluating the appropriate architecture and making informed decisions that align with the Forecasting Target State vision.
8. Experience establishing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
9. Acting as a bridge between the development teams, Shared Services, and other business units, this candidate will promote effective communication and facilitate a deep understanding of project requirements.

3. Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing.
4. Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information.
5. Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Experience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications.
7. Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards.
8. The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
9. Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making.
10. Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action.
11. Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process.

24. Ability to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or other technology-enabled automation.
25. The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages.
