Position Summary: The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for working with a team on designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. They will participate in the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and coding to testing and deploying web solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless integrations and innovative web features.

Position Duties:

1. Lead the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality responsive web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies.
2. Drive the architectural design and implementation of new web features, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
3. Integrate third-party APIs and services into web applications, ensuring smooth and secure interactions.
4. Continuously monitor and optimize application performance ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
5. Implement robust security practices including secure coding standards, data encryption, and access controls to protect against vulnerabilities and cyber threats.

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a web developer role is required. Experience must include Vue.js, cloud-based deployment (ideally Azure), cloud-based storage (Azure Storage), component-based architecture, SQL and NoSQL database solutions, and/or web analytics and tracking methods. Strong UI/UX design skills and knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Angular libraries are required. Familiarity with test-driven development, version control systems, and continuous integration and knowledge of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility issues are essential.
