DeltaV Engineer

Summary:

Skellig is seeking a Senior DeltaV Automation Engineer. This role requires to be onsite at the Framingham, MA facility.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Process Experience with Enzyme Production (Single Use Bioreactors, MCCs, CIP, UF, Chromatography, Clean Utilities)

- Experience performing root cause analysis and proposing technical solutions.

- Batch S88 Programming Experience preferably in DeltaV environment

- Experience with multi-product single use manufacturing -

-Previous experience as tech lead on a DeltaV project

- Functional requirements development experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automation engineering within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proficiency with DeltaV Batch and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and automation standards.
• Experience with data historians and other manufacturing IT systems is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Authoring or updating system specifications, user and functional requirements specifications, generating and executing vital Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and (Site Acceptance Testing) SAT protocols
