About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Manager Consultant for a 2-year-long development project. This role involves reviewing plans, reports, studies, and other submissions related to drainage, traffic, the specific plan, the general plan amendment, the Environmental Impact Report (EIR), the tentative map, the development agreement, and the annexation process. It’s a dynamic position that offers a lot of variety and impact.

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of overseeing drainage, traffic studies, utilities, etc
• Reviewing Environmental Impact Reports

Qualifications:

PE in Civil Engineering (California)
