HPM Building Supply is looking to hire a Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer shepherds customers through the process of obtaining a custom-designed kitchen/bath, ensuring an experience that wows. This individual has an entrepreneur growth mindset, builds leads, creates compelling designs, nurtures excellent customer relationships, and contributes to the profitability of our 100% employee-owned company.
Schedule for the Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with possible Saturday hours and NO SUNDAYS!!!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to mentor, teach, develop, and train level I and II designers.
- Complete understanding of the application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service required.
- Intermediate computer skills required - Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in sales, project planning and 2020 design software preferred.
