Position Overview

We are seeking an Art Director or Designer (at various levels) who is passionate about using their creative skills for a cause. This individual will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling visual campaigns that inspire action and resonate with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate brings both creative vision and executional excellence to drive high-impact campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to conceptualize and execute creative solutions for purpose-driven campaigns.
  • Lead or contribute to the development of branding, campaign visuals, digital assets, print materials, and social media content.
  • Ensure that all creative outputs align with client goals, brand identity, and campaign strategy.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, providing thoughtful rationale and visual storytelling.
  • Manage or support design processes from initial concept through final production, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Stay current on design trends and best practices, with a focus on socially-conscious, cause-driven initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers (if applicable) to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented creative environment.


Qualifications

  • Art Director : 5+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related creative field.
  • Designer : 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or agency setting.
  • Experience working with cause marketing or purpose-driven brands is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software is a bonus.
  • Strong conceptual and executional skills, with a focus on visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
