J ob Purpose:
The New Process Developer will be at the technical forefront of building some of the most complex PCB's in the world. This includes developing, ramping, sustaining and cost-optimizing new and existing products and methods in close cooperation with our key customers and the Sanmina Engineering team.
Nature of Duties:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Previous experience as a Planner or Product Engineer.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a PCB Bare Board Manufacturing plant.
Strong computer skills to include MS Word, Project, Excel and Outlook.
Solid written/verbal business communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non technical concepts to both technical and non technical professionals.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability/willingness to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented

Salary Range(annual): $105,000.00 - $150,000.00

J ob Purpose:
The New Process Developer will be at the technical forefront of building some of the most complex PCB's in the world. This includes developing, ramping, sustaining and cost-optimizing new and existing products and methods in close cooperation with our key customers and the Sanmina Engineering team.
Nature of Duties:
- Personally "walk" Complex and/or New products and technologies through the manufacturing plant all the way to completion.
- Identify and develop process limits, process instructions, operator instructions, set-up requirements, procedures, process parameters to, and continuous improvement projects
- Identify the "tooling" requirements and Traveler Instructions. Work with the CAM Automation, Planning and CAM editors to guide the development of automated scripts and rules.
- Work effectively with the equipment and material suppliers to identify opportunities to improve yields and capability through new techniques, equipment upgrades and cutting edge technology investments.
- Support, augment and work seamlessly with the manufacturing, tooling teams, Field application engineers and cross functional peers within the plant as well as sister manufacturing sites
- Participate in the development of intellectual property
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, and cost. This may include developing and maintaining project plans with clients and stakeholders, and managing changes to the product
- Coordinatebetweenteams and ensure they communicate throughthe process. This may involveleading cross-functional teams and managing groups of engineers.
- Identify and manage project risks to eliminate or mitigate them
- Participate in meetings and correspond with customers and / or sales to ensure timelines and issued actions plans are followed up on in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
