Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the inspection of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist in the start-up of shifts and new part production, and manage weld verification processes.
- Address customer needs by handling first part approvals, performing statistical analysis, and resolving quality issues.
- Evaluate, purchase, and maintain quality tools for inspection, including writing instructions and training others in their use.
- Participate in new project reviews to determine inspection requirements, acquire necessary tooling, and manage first article approvals.
- Maintain quality document control by ensuring floor part drawings and quality documents are updated with the latest revisions.
- Professional degree or training in Quality requirements and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Management
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles, SPC, and quality control tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analyzing process issues independently.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain effective business relationships with other departments and customers.
