Position: NetSuite Developer

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Location: Dallas, TX (preferred) or Greensboro, NC (secondary option)

Duration: Full-time

1 Junior Developer and 1 Senior Developer Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Optimization: Lead the optimization and enhancement of NetSuite implementation, addressing suboptimal deployment issues and improving overall system performance.
• Custom Object Management: Manage and streamline the use of over 256 custom objects, ensuring they align with business needs and contribute to efficient operations.
• Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to bridge the gap between legacy systems and the current NetSuite solution, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
• NetSuite Maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite maintenance and minor fixes, ensuring the system operates smoothly and meets ongoing requirements.
• Module Deployment: Assist in the future deployment of manufacturing and quality modules within NetSuite.
• Technical Development: Develop, code, and test functions and scripts to support NetSuite applications.
• Data Migration: Perform data migrations between environments and ensure compliance with change management policies.
• System Design: Propose enhancements and improvements to the NetSuite system based on customer feedback and evolving needs.
• Innovation: Research and implement new tools and techniques to improve development efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform Development
• Proficiency in JavaScript Fundamentals
• Experience with GIT version/source control
• Knowledge of web development programming concepts
• Familiarity with XML and FreeMarker Fundamentals
• Understanding of object-oriented and event-driven programming concepts
• Basic TSQL query structures

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with PowerBI
• Understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes
