We are seeking an experienced IDMC Informatica Lead/Developer to join our dynamic team working for a leading healthcare insurance client. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of ETL solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise, particularly in the healthcare insurance domain, and be willing to work onsite for 2 days per week in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica IDMC to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop scalable data integration solutions.
- Manage end-to-end data flow from multiple sources to target systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business rules.
- Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed for data management, data governance, and ETL architecture.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows and mappings to ensure efficient data processing.
- Collaborate with healthcare insurance stakeholders to understand data-related challenges and offer strategic solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and changes to ensure alignment with business objectives and audit requirements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for any issues related to data integration or ETL pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
- Expertise in Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) and hands-on experience with other Informatica tools such as PowerCenter.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes , data warehousing, and cloud-based data integration solutions.
- Experience in the healthcare insurance domain, particularly with healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, ICD, and CPT.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI) .
- Experience with data governance and data quality tools.
- Understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Location and Work Arrangement:
- Must be available for onsite work in New Jersey for 2 days a week , with flexibility for remote work the remaining days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
