Role Description:

As a Data Engineering Lead specializing in Consumer Identity and Access Management (IAM) , you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and management of data systems that support consumer IAM solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including security, software development, and data science to ensure that IAM processes are optimized, secure, and scalable. The role requires a strong technical background in data engineering, IAM systems, and leadership skills to oversee data operations and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of data pipelines and architectures for managing consumer IAM data.
• Collaborate with IAM and security teams to integrate data systems with identity and access management solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for IAM data storage, access, and governance.
• Manage a team of data engineers and provide technical leadership in developing scalable solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data processes related to consumer IAM.
• Lead efforts to automate identity data handling and user lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure alignment with IAM strategy and architecture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest IAM and data security trends and technologies.
