Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and testing of avionics hardware for space missions.
• Drive fast-paced development cycles to ensure hardware deployment meets tight orbital deadlines.
• Mentor the Avionics engineering team, fostering technical ownership and exceptional results.
• Design systems that meet mission objectives, enabling new capabilities for space operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer requirements into spacecraft designs.
• Lead test campaigns, developing and executing test plans aligned with mission risk assessments.
• Present designs and systems in reviews, ensuring readiness for testing and flight.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing electrical or control systems for extreme environments (spacecraft, drones, autonomous vehicles).
• Strong ability to adapt to shifting project demands and deliver innovative solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical outcomes.
• Experience iterating designs based on feedback from analysis and testing.
