We are searching for a talented Software Engineer with expertise in DOD M&S Agile Scrum to join our Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team. We are looking for an experienced engineer to work with a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to explore and develop solutions on a large development project with challenging deliverables and timelines. Jointly they will help build and productize a next-generation modeling & simulation framework. Success in this position will require an innovative self-starter that can adapt to a fast-paced, high-profile development effort.

Required Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. US citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance

Required Experience

1. Experience leading software development efforts with 8 or more developers
2. 5+ years of experience in software development efforts using Agile
3. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to products on schedule and on budget
4. Experience with advanced and emerging technology areas such as cloud computing and AI/ML
5. Experience with DOD Modeling and Simulation

Desired Qualifications

1. Experience with the Atlassian suite
2. Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and high-performance computer clusters
3. Familiarity with DARPA and the Intelligence Community
4. TOP SECRET//SCI level security clearance
