IT DevOps Engineer

We're looking for an experienced IT DevOps Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. Reporting to the Manager, IT Cloud Operations, you'll be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for deploying infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strategize, develop, and maintain CI/CD solutions using platforms like ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
• Build and deploy application tooling for logging, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch, Logstash).
• Manage and monitor containerized applications on Kubernetes while serving as a cloud platforms resource, assisting organizations with architecture and strategies.
• Support the FinOps team with strategies for cloud management, right-sizing, and maintaining Zscaler products, while working with security teams to uphold security and compliance standards (CIS, STIG, FedRAMP).

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• 5+ years of experience with open source projects and technologies such as Linux/Unix, Bash, Python, and Go.
• 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD platforms like ArgoCD, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes platforms and US citizenship required for FedRamp readiness.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with ArgoCD and ArgoWorkflows.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Bamboo.
• Experience working in SRE environments, with responsibility for the overall health and performance of various applications.
