Java Security Developer

Minimum Requirements:

1. Good understanding of Agile development process
2. 7-8+ years of experience in Java development
3. Experience in architecting, designing, and fixing code across web applications
4. Design and development experience in web applications
5. Strong hands-on experience in Java code development related to web security
6. This is primarily a developer role with security experience
7. Develop fixes for prioritized security defects in the portal framework

Preferred Skills:

1. Provides application security services including secure coding techniques and reviews, education & awareness, process and tools, security testing support and guidance for internal software development projects
2. Provides guidance on security best practices and compliance, and undertakes security testing
3. Ensures awareness of and enforces policies, procedures, and practices relating to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information
4. Monitors and proactively reports on current threats and vulnerabilities to application security
5. Prepares and monitors operational security metrics and trends

Job Responsibility:

1. Fixing security code defects across web applications
