Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Technical skills:
- Proven OOP development experience
- Experience building user interfaces preferably with frameworks like ReactJS,
- Typescript, and/or Javascript
- Familiarity with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
- Passion for customer experience (CX) and Design Thinking
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodology,
- continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles, TDD, and
- Extreme Programming.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Define, design, develop, deploy and support services and applications
- alongside senior engineers
- Engage business stakeholders to identify challenges and create innovative
- technical solutions
- Work alongside technical experts to provide sustainable, future-facing
- software solutions
- Ensure functional & non-functional quality and on-time delivery using agile
- and lean principles
- Engage in extreme programming practices (paired programming, mobbing,
- TDD, CI/CD)
- Collaborate and code with engineers to understand the requirements of the
- project and develop solutions which meet those requirements.
