UI DEVELOPER AT A BOUTIQUE ANALYTICS FOCUSED HEDGE FUND

Base Salary is $120K to $150K (based upon candidate & experience); Plus Bonus; and Excellent Benefits.

Multi-office, solidly established, international, boutique analytics-focused hedge fund is looking for an experienced IT professional to join its growing organization as a UI Developer working out of its Downtown Houston, TX Office. As part of the global application development team, you will be responsible for developing Risk and Trading Systems.

Currently working scenario is Hybrid with Four (4) Days in the Office Weekly.

Qualifications And Skills

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
2. Five Plus (5+) years of demonstrable experience working independently and, in a team, in an agile development environment.
3. Full Stack Development experience required.
4. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Database (MySQL, Postgres), Python, and/or AWS.
5. Experience using Dash Enterprise.
6. Experience working in Energy Commodity Trading Company or Finance.

Responsibilities

1. Gather requirements and develop technical solutions to support Trading, Risk, and Backoffice business users.
